Return Window

You may return, exchange, or request store credit on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • If you purchased REDO return protection at checkout, your return shipping is free.

  • If you did not purchase REDO, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you may use your own carrier.

Return Options

You may choose:

  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Exchange for a different size or style

  • Store Credit for future use

How to Start a Return

To begin, please visit our self-serve return portal HERE (also located in the footer of our website) with your order number and email address. Our automated portal will walk you through next steps based on your REDO status.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Refunds go to your original payment method. Store credits and exchange confirmations will be sent via email.

What is Checkout+ (REDO)?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
