Deferred Purchase Cancellation Policy

At EMMYDEVEAUX, we allow customers to cancel or modify their order at any time prior to fulfillment.

What this means:

• You can cancel or change your order for any reason up until the time your item is prepared for shipment.

• Once fulfillment has begun (your order has been packed or shipped), we are no longer able to make changes or process a cancellation.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible at [support@emmydeveaux.com]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t already been fulfilled.
