Shipping policy

At EMMYDEVEAUX, we are proud to offer free shipping on all new orders within Canada.

Carriers & Rates

  • Free shipping is provided exclusively by Canada Post.

  • We are not responsible for any delays once your package is in the Canada Post delivery stream.

  • UPS Overnight is available at checkout for a flat fee of $15.00. This offers next business day delivery, but fulfillment and delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

Order Processing

We typically ship your order the same business day or the next business day. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Please note: Items marked as Preorder or Reserve Yours are exceptions. These usually ship 2–4 weeks from the date of your order.

Shipping Timelines

  • Canada Post delivery times vary by location but generally range from 2–10 business days.

  • UPS Overnight is available Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders must be placed before 12 PM MST for next-day delivery consideration.
